Currently, we do not offer international shipping

Order Processing Time

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KSA Time)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Production will only begin after:

  • Full payment is completed
  • Final artwork/design approval is received from the client

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Quantity ordered

Promotional free shipping offers may apply during selected campaigns and promotions.

Urgent Orders & Express Delivery

Rush production and express delivery services may be available for selected products and cities, subject to:

  • Courier availability

Sahl Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect customer information

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Receiving & Inspection of Orders

Customers are requested to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If any issue is found, including:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Shipping damage

the customer must contact Sahl Shop within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the problem

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Production schedules
  • Product availability
  • Packaging requirements

Customers will be notified if partial shipments occur

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable during delivery:

  • The courier may contact the customer directly
  • Re-delivery attempts may be arranged
  • Additional delivery charges may apply in some cases

Failure to respond to courier communication may result in shipment return or cancellation.

Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup service will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
