At Sahl Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality customized printing products and professional service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized Products Policy

As all products are customized, personalized, or printed based on customer specifications, customized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Customized printing products
  • Personalized apparel
  • Customized signage
  • Printed promotional materials
  • Event branding products
  • Any made-to-order products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and specifications before confirming production.

Order Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, Sahl Shop will provide a design proof or artwork approval whenever applicable.

By approving the final artwork:

  • The customer confirms all information is correct
  • The customer accepts the design, sizes, colors, and specifications
  • The order becomes final and enters production

Once production starts, modifications, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their orders immediately upon receiving them.

If any issue is found, including:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing defects

the customer must contact Sahl Shop within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product damaged
  • Detailed description of the problem

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Investigation Process

Once a complaint or damage report is submitted:

  • Sahl Shop will review the case carefully
  • Additional information may be requested
  • The issue may be investigated with the shipping provider if necessary

Based on the assessment, Sahl Shop may choose one of the following solutions:

  • Product replacement
  • Product reprint
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

Sahl Shop reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved in cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major printing errors caused by Sahl Shop

Refunds will not be approved for:

  • Customer spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect file uploads
  • Wrong sizes selected by customer
  • Color variations within industry printing tolerance
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies or external factors
  • Change of mind after production starts
  • Minor variations in printing or finishing

Color & Printing Disclaimer

Due to the nature of digital and offset printing:

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed
  • Colors may vary slightly between screen previews and printed products
  • RGB, Pantone, and CMYK conversions may produce slight differences

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these printing limitations.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Products must be returned in original condition
  • Products must be unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return authorization must be obtained from Sahl Shop before sending products back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately:
7–20 business days

depending on:

  • Payment provider
  • Bank processing time
  • Original payment method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The issue was caused directly by Sahl Shop
  • Wrong items were shipped

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order enters production:

  • Cancellation may not be possible
  • Charges may apply depending on production progress

Customers requiring urgent changes should contact customer service immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized products
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products approved by the customer before printing
