This can be any of SAHL SHOP´s affiliates in the PLATINUM Co., a reseller or a service provider we have partnered with. In such cases, the terms you have separately agreed upon with this third party, will apply.

1.6. SAHL SHOP reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these SAHL SHOP Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review these SAHL SHOP Terms each time you access this Site.

3.8. All goods are sent by SAHL SHOP packaged and in good order. It is the responsibility of the client to check any damage that may occur during the handling process of the couriers and note so on their waybill before signing

3.9. It is the customer responsibility to check the printed materials before receiving the goods. SAHL SHOP has rights to decide that if the job should be rectified, reprinted or refunded. In case of conflict, a third print specialist can be involved on the account of wrong party.

3.10. SAHL SHOP shall not be liable for indirect loss or third-party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit. Where work is defective for any reason, including negligence SAHL SHOP’s liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such a defect

3.11. It is the responsibility of a customer to check that all the information, colors and sizes are correct before uploading the file. Customer has no right to ask for refund, rectify or reprint the job.

3.12. We provide an online designing service for additional cost to be paid before starting the design.

3.13. Due to many technical reasons, SAHL SHOP doesn’t guarantee the colors would match. In case of sensibility, please contact us before placing your order.

3.14. We convert all artworks to the process colors (CMYK) except which are informed by customer in written. SAHLSHOP is not responsible for undesired results in case we didn’t agree with customer to print special colors.

3.15. SAHL SHOP is not responsible for the items left for more than 30 days from the order date.

3.16. SAHL SHOP provides online payment methods through visa, Paypal or third party. Which ensure full confidentiality for our customers.

3.17. SAHL SHOP has the right to change the prices without early warning however it won’t affect the already placed orders.

The design tools and services provided on this Site (including, for example, product and logo design tools and services) employ various design elements, including product templates, images, fonts, color schemes, graphics, illustrations, logos, photos and design effects. SAHL SHOP reserves the right to use all such design elements and to make all such design elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements through your creation of a design and/or your incorporation of a design into one or more products. Other SAHL SHOP customers may use the design tools and services to create Designs (defined herein to include designs, written copy and/or logos) that have similar or identical combinations of design elements to your Design and SAHL SHOP does not guarantee that your Design will not have similarities to Designs created and used by other parties. In the event that you create a Design that is a derivative work based on or incorporating design elements and/or other Content, all rights in and to such design elements or Content shall continue to be owned by SAHL SHOP or its licensors.

4.5. SAHL SHOP provides no warranty of any kind that a Design you create while using the design tools and services on our Site possibly together with our Content, will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, any trademarks or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the Design is legally available for your particular use and does not infringe the rights of another party. SAHL SHOP may sublicense the rights that you grant it in this Section to a third-party subcontractor only for purposes of operating the Site, providing the product and services, processing your order, and producing and shipping your products.

Without limitation, no portion of our Content may be utilized: a) to sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the rights granted to you under these SAHLSHOP Terms; b) in such a manner as to convey or obtain exclusive rights to any Content or part thereof; c) for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose or use; d) for any use that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be pornographic, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, harmful, indecent, libelous, invasive, slanderous, hateful, inciting or promoting the hate, harassment or discrimination against others based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, disease or immigration status or otherwise objectionable; e) to create, order, publish and/or distribute any Design, Product or other type of information that we determine, in our sole discretion, to contain any content that violates the above Section 6.1.d) or otherwise, in our sole discretion, is materially false, inaccurate or misleading in a way that could deceive or confuse others about important events, topics or circumstances; f) to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity; g) to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity; h) to cause or allow any Design to appear on printed Products or to be incorporated into a television program, video or other digital production if the audience is expected to be greater viewers, in total; i) for any use that would reasonably imply that SAHL SHOP, the creator of the Content, or the persons or property appearing in the Content (if any), endorses any political, economic, conspiracy or other opinion-based movements or parties; j) in a way that places any person depicted in the Product in a bad light or they may find offensive, such as: use in pornography or adult content; tobacco ads; ads for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, including prostitution, escort or similar services, all whether legal or not; political endorsements; or in a way that implies mental or physical illness or impairment; or k) that in any way, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

6.2. For the avoidance of doubt, no Content or portion thereof may be used on its own as a trademark or service mark. You agree and acknowledge that any trademark or service mark rights you may have in your Product or Design arise from and are limited to your distinctive combination of our Content with other visual design elements provided or created by you. You agree and acknowledge that others may use similar portions of our Content for similar goods and services.

6.3. SAHL SHOP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept any content provided by you to SAHL SHOP or to refuse to process or fulfill any order at any time and for any reason. SAHL SHOP further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently suspend and/or terminate its service to you and/or your account(s) at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, your violation of the SAHL SHOP Terms and/or Additional Terms, your use of the Site and/or our products and services for inappropriate purposes or you having engaged in undesirable activities, in each case as determined by SAHLSHOP in its sole discretion. This action is entirely at SAHL SHOP´s discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. You agree that SAHL SHOP shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any third party arising from such refusal, suspension or termination.

6.4. By placing an order on this Site, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary permissions, rights and authority to place the order and you authorize SAHL SHOP to produce the Products on your behalf. You grant SAHL SHOP the right to copy, modify, distribute, use, create derivative works of and vectorize any content you have uploaded for the purpose of fulfilling your order and/or marketing products or services to you. Moreover, you represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights to permit SAHL SHOP to copy, distribute, use, modify, create derivative works of and vectorize any uploaded content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and/or marketing products or services to you.

SAHL SHOP will deliver the Products at the address specified in the order confirmation, provided that all applicable payments have been received in full by their appropriate due date, using SAHL SHOP´s standard methods for packaging and in accordance with the customer´s chosen delivery option.

7.2. SAHL SHOP may, at its discretion, deliver the Products in whole or by instalments in any sequence or deliver the Products prior to the date of delivery, and in such event, the customer must not refuse to take delivery of the Products. Where the Products are delivered in instalments or part deliveries, each instalment or part delivery shall be invoiced separately if such an invoicing process is put in place and be deemed to be a separate sale agreement between SAHL SHOP and the customer. Any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment or part delivery shall not entitle the customer to cancel any other instalment or terminate the entire sale agreement.

7.3. The USER agrees that the risk of loss and title for any printed Product pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.

7.4. For any Product that is to be provided to the user in an electronic format, the user agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the user or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.

7.5. The user is responsible to fully inspect all Products carefully and immediately upon arrival, and declare any and all defects, non-conformances or damages, immediately through the proof of delivery or collection acceptance documentation when the Products have been shipped under such Proof of Delivery (POD) or similar type of service. A description of the alleged defect, non-performance or damage must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the user. If such a proof of delivery service was not included with the chosen delivery method, the user shall be deemed to have inspected the Products as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery. The user must notify SAHL SHOP, by contacting its Customer Care team either in writing (including by email) or by telephone, about any alleged defects, non-conformances or damages within 24 hr after receipt of the Products. Failure of user to timely notify SAHL SHOP after receipt as indicated in this section voids the Product warranty and/or Satisfaction Guarantee.

8. التعويض

9. الإنهاء

12. الدفع

12.1. All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in SAR (SAUDI RIYAL) and $ (USD DOLLARS) unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth on the Site and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between User and SAHL SHOP.

12.2. If a User submits an order on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method.

12.3. Production of all items ordered is subject to the terms outlined below and will not begin until an order is fully paid, including shipping and handling fees.

12.4. Once the print file(s) associated with an order has been approved by the User, and will not begin until an order is fully paid, the order will be “In Production” and no changes will be allowed to the print files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After an order is In Production, the entire amount of the order along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees shall be deemed fully paid and non-refundable, except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below. Additional Service Fees, and List Purchase are non-refundable. Except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below, any payment received from the User shall be deemed fully paid to SAHL SHOP and non-refundable at the User’s initial submission even where the print job never reaches the “In Production” or shipment phase due to no fault of SAHL SHOP (e.g. User fails to respond to the approval of proof/print job, User fails to provide information to complete the print job or shipment, User otherwise fails to cancel his or her order prior to reaching the “In Production” phase, etc.).

• الاختلافات في اللون من تحويل ألوان Pantone أو RGB إلى CMYK
• أخطاء في الخيارات التي يختارها المستخدم مثل الحجم والكمية والورق واللمسة النهائية
• الطلبات المكررة التي قدمها المستخدم
• تم تحميل ملفات غير صحيحة
• اتجاه الملف غير صحيح
• تشقق في الطيات
• اختلافات القطع
• تلف المنتجات بعد تسليمها للمستخدم
• عنوان الشحن غير صحيح أو غير قابل للتسليم

المستخدم مسؤول عن مراجعة ملفاته وتصحيح أي مشاكل قبل تقديم الطلب.

17. ملفات الأعمال الفنية

17.1. Our prepress department checks all submitted artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to SAHL SHOP. SAHL SHOP is not responsible for any issues as to orientation or alignment of the pages of your submitted artwork. By submitting the artwork to SAHL SHOP, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

17.3. SAHL SHOP may also provide artwork design tools which offer a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. We reserve the right to use and offer all such elements to other parties in the future. Other SAHL SHOP Users may use the same design tools to create images that may have similar or identical combinations of these elements. SAHL SHOP provides no warranty of any kind that artwork created using the design tool will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, on the trademark, copyright or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether any image, mark, logo name or design is legally available for your use and does not infringe on another party’s rights.

17.4. We may, based on our sole discretion, set limits to the maximum number of days that we shall retain designs or other uploaded files, as well as the maximum storage space that we would allocate to such files. SAHL SHOP is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any file whether uploaded or designed on our website. We reserve the right to delete any file stored which has been inactive for an extended period of time, or for any other reason, without prior notice.

18. الشحن

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. WHILE WE MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ACCURATELY DISPLAY THE ATTRIBUTES OF PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE AND ERROR-FREE. REFERENCES AND LINKS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF INDEPENDENT COMPANIES MAY APPEAR ON THE SITE. THESE REFERENCES AND LINKS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

20.2. You acknowledge that there are risks in using products or services provided by third parties (such as a SAHL SHOP´ affiliate or one of our partners) through this Site or in connection with our Products, and that SAHL SHOP cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcomes from such use or interactions, and you hereby assume all such risks, liabilities or harm of any kind arising in connection with or resulting from such interactions. Such risks may include, among others, misrepresentation of information about and/or by this third party, breach of warranty or contract, violation of rights, and any consequent claims.

20.3. Some jurisdictions may provide you with certain warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract (“consumer guarantees”), or only limited in certain circumstances, and nothing in these SAHL SHOP Terms alter those consumer guarantees if it is illegal for SAHL SHOP to do so. If those consumer guarantees apply to you, and SAHL SHOP cannot legally exclude those consumer guarantees, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, SAHL SHOP (1) excludes or limits those consumer guarantees; and (2) limits its liability at the option of SAHL SHOP to the following: (a) in the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; (b) in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of the goods; the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

20.4. If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund within 30 days. Certain circumstances are beyond SAHL SHOPs control and may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the Product or Design creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. SAHL SHOP does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

20.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SAHL SHOP shall have no obligations under any warranties, consumer guarantees or the aforementioned Satisfaction Guarantee, if the alleged defect, non-conformance or damage is found to have occurred as a result of misuse, use other than as set forth in the applicable user manual or instructions for use, neglect, improper installation or accident, or as a result of improper repair, alteration, modification, storage, transportation or improper handling or if the usability is impaired only slightly.

20.6. Any granted Product warranty and/or Satisfaction Guarantee hereunder, shall extend directly to customer only and not to customers, agents or representatives. SAHL SHOP does not give any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
