Design Services Terms of Use
SAHL SHOP provides no warranty of any kind that any Design will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, any trademark rights, copyrights or any other (intellectual property) rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether any such Design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.
All delivery times are estimates only, and SAHL SHOP is not responsible for any late Design Services projects and/or impact to customer’s business due to a late project and/or printing.
SAHL SHOP usage rights for your Instagram photos – When you respond #Sahlshop to our request to feature your photo in our marketing, you grant us the usage rights to display your Instagram photo on our Sahlshop Instagram account and in any other content.
Applicability
1.1. If you use this Site on behalf of any business, organization or other entity of any kind, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these SAHL SHOP Terms on its behalf and to bind such business, organization or entity to these SAHL SHOP Terms.
1.2. SAHL SHOP reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these SAHL SHOP Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review these SAHL SHOP Terms each time you access this Site.
Account Eligibility
2.1. Before you can place an order online or use certain services or features offered on this Site, you will need a SAHL SHOP account. We provide a single sign-on functionality. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information for your Account. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password for your Account and may not disclose your password to any other person.
Terms of Sale
3.1. Orders are accepted and processed during our official business hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), Sunday to Thursday. Any inquiries or orders placed outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
3.2. Orders will be printed according to the product specifications as detailed on the website. For any specific requirements, kindly drop a message to (Sahlshop email)
3.3. Once the client submits an order, we will share the design proof for approval. Production of the order will only begin after the client provides explicit written approval of the final design. Please note that no production work will be initiated without this approval.
3.4. Once order placed by the user, changes will not be allowed. If you have any last-minute change, please contact our customer service department. We will try to hold the job if not yet started.
3.5. Any new orders placed, or design approvals received after 6:00 PM, will be considered as received on the following business day and will be processed accordingly.
3.6. The timeline for production and delivery depends on several factors, including the quantity ordered, the complexity of the design, and the availability of materials. Estimated timelines will be communicated to the client upon order confirmation and may be subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances
3.7. Changes in specifications, a pick-up location or delivery address may cause to change in pricing and delivery time.
3.8. The job which contains a government or administration logo can be printed only with written permission from the concerned authorities.
3.9. To process the stamp orders, we require a copy of commercial registration, owner ID and a permission letter to SAHL SHOP. You must provide the original of above documents by email to SAHL SHOP.
3.10. To print a book or any other publication, we require a copy of copyrights certificate and a permission letter to SAHL SHOP. You must provide the original of above documents by email to SAHL SHOP.
3.11. All goods are sent by SAHL SHOP packaged and in good condition. It is the responsibility of the client to check any damage that may occur during the handling process of the couriers and should immediately contact SAHL SHOP customer service and provide a clear picture of the damaged item.
3.12. It is the customer responsibility to check the receiving materials. SAHL SHOP has rights to decide that if the job should be rectified, reprinted or refunded. In case of conflict, a third print specialist can be involved on the account of wrong party.
3.13 It is the responsibility of a customer to check that all the information, colors and sizes are correct before uploading the file. Customer has no right to ask for refund, rectify or reprint the job in case of wrong file upload or any mistake in design from his side.
3.14. Due to many technical reasons, SAHL SHOP doesn’t guarantee the colors would match. In case of sensibility, please contact us before placing your order.
3.15. SAHL SHOP has the right to change the prices without early warning however it won’t affect the already placed orders.
Use of our Site and its Content
4.1. SAHL SHOP and any and all other marks appearing on this Site are trademarks of PLATINUM. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit distribute or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without SAHL SHOP’s prior written consent. The use of Trademarks on any other website or network computer environment is prohibited. SAHL SHOP prohibits the use of Trademarks as a “hot” link on, or to, any other website unless establishment of such a link is pre-approved by SAHL SHOP in writing.
Payment
5.1. All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in SAR (SAUDI RIYAL) unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth on the Site and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between User and SAHL SHOP.
5.2. If a User submits an order on the Site, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method.
5.3. Production of all items ordered is subject will not begin until an order is fully paid, including shipping fees.
5.4. Once the print file(s) associated with an order has been approved by the User, and will not begin until an order is fully paid, the order will be “In Production” and no changes will be allowed to the print files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After an order is In Production, the entire amount of the order along with applicable taxes and shipping fees shall be deemed fully paid and non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
At SAHL SHOP, we strive to provide our Users with the best possible printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department
6.1. Upon receiving of the goods from the courier, it is essential to inspect the goods immediately, and you find any damage, contact SAHL SHOP customer service immediately within 24 hours and ensure to provide a clear picture and a detailed description of the damaged item for our assessment. Failure to report any damage within the specified time frame may result in a refusal of your return or refund request.
6.2. Please note that customized products are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes any items that are personalized or made-to-order as per your specifications.
6.3. Once a damage report is submitted, SAHL SHOP will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the damage. Based on the findings of this investigation, SAHL SHOP will decide whether to approve the refund or not. Customers will be notified of the decision after the investigation is complete.
6.4. If the refund is approved, it will take 7 to 20 days to process and reflect in your account
6.5. Returns must be authorized by SAHL SHOP before sending the items back. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging.
Color Accuracy
SAHL SHOP will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density. Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with SAHL SHOP, you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece.
No Liability for Errors
SAHL SHOP is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
- Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
- Low resolution or low-quality graphics and images
- Damaged fonts
- Transparency issues
- Artwork files that are not created following our specifications
- Variances in color from the conversion of Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK
- Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, paper and finish
- Duplicate orders submitted by the User
- Incorrect files uploaded
- Incorrect file orientation
- Damage to products after delivery to User
- Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.
SHIPPING
SAHL SHOP’s responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and turning it over to the carrier for shipping. Shipping transit times vary and SAHL SHOP assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
Miscellaneous
All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of your final printing job. If we determine that your job contains manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will return your job at no charge.
