Please read our Return &amp; Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Customized Products Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As all products are customized, personalized, or printed based on customer specifications, customized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.<\/p>\n<p>This includes but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customized printing products<\/li>\n<li>Personalized apparel<\/li>\n<li>Customized signage<\/li>\n<li>Printed promotional materials<\/li>\n<li>Event branding products<\/li>\n<li>Any made-to-order products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and specifications before confirming production.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Order Approval Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Before production begins, Sahl Shop will provide a design proof or artwork approval whenever applicable.<\/p>\n<p>By approving the final artwork:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer confirms all information is correct<\/li>\n<li>The customer accepts the design, sizes, colors, and specifications<\/li>\n<li>The order becomes final and enters production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once production starts, modifications, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Customers must inspect their orders immediately upon receiving them.<\/p>\n<p>If any issue is found, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Damaged products<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect items<\/li>\n<li>Missing items<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<li>Printing defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>the customer must contact Sahl Shop within 24 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>To submit a claim, customers must provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n<li>Clear photos of the product damaged<\/li>\n<li>Detailed description of the problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Investigation Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Once a complaint or damage report is submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sahl Shop will review the case carefully<\/li>\n<li>Additional information may be requested<\/li>\n<li>The issue may be investigated with the shipping provider if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the assessment, Sahl Shop may choose one of the following solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product replacement<\/li>\n<li>Product reprint<\/li>\n<li>Partial refund<\/li>\n<li>Full refund<\/li>\n<li>Store credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sahl Shop reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution depending on the nature of the issue.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Refunds may only be approved in cases such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<li>Wrong product delivered<\/li>\n<li>Major printing errors caused by Sahl Shop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refunds will not be approved for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer spelling mistakes<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect file uploads<\/li>\n<li>Wrong sizes selected by customer<\/li>\n<li>Color variations within industry printing tolerance<\/li>\n<li>Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies or external factors<\/li>\n<li>Change of mind after production starts<\/li>\n<li>Minor variations in printing or finishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Color &amp;
